1 - Joy and her family! I hope you have a very safe drive back home. I know that it's hard to see the road through teary eyes from leaving your family in Utah, so just use lots of Kleenex!
2 - Gregory... I Miss you Brother! I Love You so much!
3 - My Chickens - All 12 of them - Gone!
Eaten - Heads pulled off - Ran away - Trampled flat
What do we Eat for Christmas Dinner Now?!
Am I expected to continue to use white, grocery store eggs without the promise of pretty blue, green or yellow eggs to bake with?

OH MY GOSH!!! Your chicks! How are you holding up, Mama Hen?
I miss Greg, too.
Joy - sorry for the long drive. Maybe everyone up there will get back to their blogs, though!
It was very hard driving with teary eyes, but I manage to do it every time. Miss, Greg too. Poor, poor chickens. If I could have my own eggs, I would never buy store ones. Then again, Jamie could lay some for you.
Well Sara, I'm holding up pretty good considering my high hopes for this Fall! I certainly have my work cut out for me in fortifying the chicken yard better before I get any more chicks!
Joy I would gladly accept any eggs Jamie laid for me ONLY if they are colored! If they are white, forget it.
Poor chickens.
I've been thinking about Greg this week, too. Love you, Bro.
I can't believe that happened to your chickens. That is horrible!
I'm also really mad that Joy had to leave and go home. I wasn't even here when she left to say goodbye to her.
I miss Greg too!
Greg was a very special man, truly one of a kind from the time he was a baby. We all loved him. Ben, especially, misses him. They had a real "connection". I see him every day, though. I have the collage postcard Judy made for the funeral posted up on my cubby door.
So sorry aboout your chicks. I was thinking we needed to get some, but too many wild cats around. Maybe a couple of geese, tho. They can be as good as watch dogs.
Joy - safe trip, please.
Joy you are so mean! I don't have any eggs left, duh!
Micalanne, that blog was so sweet, I dunno why it made my little heart pitter pat.
Bless your sweet heart.
Yes ~ the Temple is forever.
Even though these few weeks are hard, we do have peace.
